These clutches of babies have hatched so that all may enjoy the beauty of nature. Each piece is individually crafted of pine and finished by hand. The glass eyes and eyelids are set one at a time. Each puddle duck has large flexible rubber feet that are individually carved and perfectly set in place once the lifelike feather patterns are hand burned. Every baby bird sits atop a piece of driftwood that I collected from the the Jersey coastline and matched to fit its personality.
