The Bay Days festival is an annual event celebrating the rich traditions of the Delaware Bay, with artists, exhibits, and evening fireworks. It will be released on approximately June 20, 2005, and is available at Borders Book, Barnes & Nobles Bookstores and bigger bookstores in North America. 3/03/05 - The Frank and Frank Decoy auction was held Sunday March 13
and handled a pair of bufflehead decoys from 1999 that were in Vince's
hunting rig for the several years went for $750. Vince believes this hen placed 2nd
best-of-show at the Tuckerton decoy show but isn't sure if this is the exact one
because he does a lot of buffleheads for his rig. He does recall that he
likes this hen and feels it was one of his better ones. This pair is also
unique because it has the keels carved directly into the body of the decoy
(sometimes called body keels).
He sometimes does this with smaller species. Click for larger image.

Hope to see you there!! 04/05/02 - A long over due note to say hello. We have been working at keeping the site up to date, but haven't done such a good job keeping up with the news. (Perhaps that's because it was duck season at the Outback!!) Some new products have been posted to the site, and we promise to put a new pattern or two on soon also, since we have had so many requests for them. There is also a great new rig of "contemporary" style decoys that are available and will be posted on the site soon. 04/01/02 - I promised Rich and Michelle I'd get a new picture of Kelly put up so you can see how fast she is growing... 12/27/01 - My 2001 hunting rig of decoys will soon be made available for purchase. We will be listing some of the decoys on the web site as soon as we can. You can find out what species are available by dropping me an email or giving me a phone call. All of them have been hunted over throughout this winter season down on the Outback. 2/26/01 - Happy holidays and New Year to everyone. The web site was awarded the International Artist and Crafter's 2001 Web Excellence Award for site design and content, so a special thanks to our web design team. 11/18/01 - Thank-you to everyone that visited us at the Easton Maryland show this weekend. 09/11/2001 -

Show: We will be attending the Heritage
Market Show at the King of Prussia Hilton Hotel on February 9th, 10th, and 11th and would like to invite you to stop by and visit us

We will have our line of hand carved Santas, puppies, rockers, characters, 11/26/00 - Happy Holidays: I'd like to say thanks to all the customers and friends who made this year successful. And a special thanks to everybody who helped set up this website. I know it took a lot of patience to teach me how to turn on the computer. And I am determined that next year my VCR will stop blinking 12:00! I'm glad I got to talk to a lot of you at the Waterfowl Festival in Easton MD. My next two shows are wholesale shows with Heritage Market at the Sheraton Hotel in Valley Forge PA, in February and June. Now that the Easton show is over and my Christmas orders are under control its time to spend more hunting time down on the Delaware bay. My 60 acres on the Bay are called "The Outback" because I've spent most of my life playing "out back". The ducks are flying and the snow geese are eating up the meadow. I can't wait. The Giannetto family wishes all of you a Happy Holiday and a prosperous New Year. - Vince 10/15/2000 - No saw dust today: Today was spent working diligently, but not a single woodchip was carved. Hopefully you'll see we're still under constructions but at least we're getting there. Come back soon and let us know what you think. Vince 9/26/2000 - Welcome note: I'd like to welcome everyone to Ducks and Such.com. Today marks our first day on-line. Please bear with us while we get our site up and running.
